2. Adatkezelési irányelvek

Személyes adatai (vagyis azok az adatok, amelyek az Ön személyével kapcsolatba hozhatók) két módon kerülhetnek a kezelésünkbe: egyfelől az internetes kapcsolat fenntartásával összefüggésben az Ön által használt számítógéppel, böngészőprogrammal, internetes címmel, a látogatott oldalakkal kapcsolatos technikai adatok automatikusan képződnek számítógépes rendszerünkben, másfelől Ön is megadhatja nevét, elérhetőségét vagy más adatait, ha a honlap használata során személyes kapcsolatba kíván lépni velünk. Az alábbiakban ezen információk kezelésének irányelveit olvashatja.

2.1 Adatgyűjtés köre

Sütik (cookies): A "süti" egy kis adatfájl, amit a honlap küld az Ön internet böngésző alkalmazásának, és az az Ön számítógépének merevlemezén tárolódik. Amikor egy weboldalt meglátogat, az internet böngésző alkalmazás visszaküldi a süti adatfájlt a web-kiszolgálónak, így a web-kiszolgáló érzékelni tudja, hogy Ön már előzőleg meglátogatta az adott honlapot. A süti adatfájl tartalmazhat olyan információt (egyedi azonosítót), ami alapján az adott honlap tulajdonosa követni tudja az adatfájl küldő böngészését a honlapon. Ön a saját számítógépén kikapcsolhatja a süti adatfájlok fogadását és küldését.

Személyes és céginformációk amiket Ön szolgáltat: A honlap egyes oldalai kérhetik egyes személyes és cégadatok megadását ahhoz hogy Önnek hírlevelet, termék és szolgáltatás tájékoztatót küldjünk, illetve interneten történő rendelését feldolgozzuk. Ezek az információk az irányítószámtól kezdve, telefonszámot, e-mail címet, postai címet tartalmazhatnak.

Bankkártya adatok: Amikor az interneten keresztül vásárol a honlapon, a megrendelés és fizetési folyamat során meg kell adnia bankkártyájának számát. A kártyaszám megadása nem az AnyAspect honlapján, hanem a tranzakciót bonyolító bank (K&H Bank ZRt.) weboldalán történik. Az AnyAspect a fizetési folyamat során nem jut hozzá bankkártyájának adataihoz, így azokat nem is tárolja.

Regisztrációs oldalak: Minden látogatónk regisztrálhat a honlapon, de ez a regisztráció nem kötelező. A regisztrációs oldalak pontos adatokat kérnek Öntől (pl. név és telefonszám). Ezek az adatok alapján Önnek információt, híreket küldünk cégünkről, termékeinkről és akcióinkról. A regisztrációs adatbázisból az Ön külön kérésére minden adatot törlünk.

2.2 Hogyan használjuk az összegyűjtött adatokat

Az AnyAspect az adatkezelés során megőrzi a) a titkosságot: megvédi az információt, hogy csak az férhessen hozzá, aki erre jogosult; b) a sértetlenséget: megvédi az információnak és a feldolgozás módszerének a pontosságát és teljességét; c) a rendelkezésre állást: gondoskodik arról, hogy amikor a jogosult használónak szüksége van rá, valóban hozzá tudjon férni a kívánt információhoz, és rendelkezésre álljanak az ezzel kapcsolatos eszközök.

Az AnyAspect telephelyén, illetve külső internet-szolgáltatónál elhelyezett szerverén található informatikai rendszere és hálózata egyaránt védett a számítógéppel támogatott csalás, kémkedés, szabotázs, vandalizmus, tűz és árvíz, továbbá a számítógépvírusok, a számítógépes betörések és a szolgálatmegtagadásra vezető támadások ellen. Az üzemeltető a biztonságról szerverszintű és alkalmazásszintű védelmi eljárásokkal gondoskodik.

Tájékoztatjuk a felhasználókat, hogy az interneten továbbított elektronikus üzenetek, protokolltól (e-mail, web, ftp, stb) függetlenül sérülékenyek az olyan hálózati fenyegetésekkel szemben, amelyek tisztességtelen tevékenységre, szerződés vitatására, vagy az információ felfedésére, módosítására vezetnek. Az ilyen fenyegetésektől megvédendő a szolgáltató megtesz minden tőle elvárható óvintézkedést. A rendszereket megfigyeli annak érdekében, hogy minden biztonsági eltérést rögzíthessen, és bizonyítékkal szolgálhasson minden biztonsági esemény esetében. A rendszermegfigyelés ezen kívül lehetővé teszi az alkalmazott óvintézkedések hatékonyságának ellenőrzését is.

Az AnyAspect az interneten történő vásárlás során https protokollt használ, SSL tanúsítvánnyal.

3. Megrendelés menete

• A felhasználó e-mail címének megadásával bejelentkezik a weboldalra
• Kiválasztja a megrendelni kívánt termékeket és szolgáltatásokat, illetve megadja, hogy ezekből hány darabot kíván rendelni
• Megadja a számla kiállításához szükséges adatokat (név, irányítószám, cím, stb.)
• A megrendelés-összesítő oldalon nyilatkozik arról, hogy a kiválasztott termékeket és szolgáltatásokat valóban meg kívánja rendelni, valamit arról, hogy elolvasta és tudomásul vette az AnyAspect Végfelhasználói Licenciaszerződését.
• Bankkártya adatok megadása. A bankkártya adatok megadása a K&H Bank ZRt. webkiszolgálóján történik.
• Sikeres tranzakció esetén, visszatérve az AnyAspect weboldalára a felhasználó a weboldalról azonnal letöltheti a megvásárolt programot, illetve a megvásárolt program(ok)hoz tartozó licenszkulcso(ka)t.

A bankkártyás fizetés révén Ön kényelmesen és biztonságosan vásárolhat áruházunkban. A kiválasztott áru megrendelése után Önt a K&H Bank weblapjára irányítjuk, ahol a Bank által használt, jelenleg legbiztonságosabbnak ítélt, titkosítással lebonyolított tranzakción keresztül fizethet bankkártyájával. Vásárlóinknak csak annyi a dolga, hogy a fizetési mód kiválasztásánál "fizetés bankkártyával" feliratra kattintsanak, majd a K&H Bank fizetési szerverén a kártya számát és lejárati dátumát megadják. A K&H Bank a következő típusú kártyákat fogadja el: VISA, VISA electron, EC/MC, K&H edc/MAESTRO, Internet kártya, JCB.

Fontos! A kizárólag elektronikus használatra kibocsátott bankkártyákat csak abban az esetben fogadhatjuk el, amennyiben annak használatát a kártyát kibocsátó bank engedélyezi! Kérjük, érdeklődjön bankjánál, hogy az Ön kártyája felhasználható-e interneten keresztül lebonyolítandó vásárláshoz.

A K&H Bank a sikeres vásárlást követően a tranzakcióról engedélyezési számot bocsát ki. A vásárlást követően Önt emailben értesítjük a tranzakció sikerességéről illetve banki engedélyezési kódjáról. Sikertelen tranzakció esetén a webáruház hibaüzenetben közli a hiba okát.

4. Megrendelés lemondása

Miután a megrendelő a megrendelés szándékát és a Végfelhasználói Licenciaszerződést jóváhagyta, a megrendelt termékek árát bankkártyájával kifizette, a megrendelt szoftverek azonnal kiszállításra kerülnek elektronikus úton. A megrendelés lemondására ezek után nincs lehetőség.

6. Reklamáció

A megrendelt termékkel és vásárlással kapcsolatos bármiféle reklamációt az AnyAspect csak írásban, postai úton feladott küldeményként fogad a következő címen: AnyAspect Kft., 1083 Budapest, Baross utca 119/a. Az AnyAspect vállalja, hogy 8 napon belül a reklamáció kivizsgálását megkezdeni és annak eredményéről megrendelőt értesíti.

Amennyiben a reklamáció a vásárlás során megadott kártyaadatok esetleges visszaélésével kapcsolatban fogalmazódik meg, AnyAspect vállalja, hogy a megkeresést a kártyaelfogadó bank felé továbbítja, és a bankkal közösen lefolytatott vizsgálat alapján dolgozza fel.

Amennyiben jelen dokumentumot az AnyAspect Kft. a jövőben módosítaná, a változásokat a honlapon megfelelően közzéteszi és a módosításra a honlap látogatóinak figyelmét felhívja.

2. Data processing guidelines

AnyAspect pays particular attention when processing your data to act in conformity with Act LXIII of 1992 on the Protection of Personal Data and Public Access to Data of Public Interest and other legislation in force on data protection as well as with the practice of the data protection officer, and taking into account major international recommendations relating to data protection.

Personal data (data which can be related to a natural person) might be processed by us in two ways: on one hand technical data relating to visited webpages, internet adresses, web browser and computer used are automatically generated in our computing system, on the other hand you might also transfer your name, contact or other details when using the webpage to get in contact with AnyAspect.

2.1 Data collection

Statistical data About browsing: when you browse our webpage Anyaspect web server gather information about the fact of browsing, but personal details are not associated.

We monitor the following type of data through our web log files: (A) number of people browsing the webpage, (B) the pages browsed by visitors, (C) the provider service for visitors, (D) the type of web browser used by visitors

This information is completely unrelated to you as a person. These data are used to improve the content and functioning of our webpage in your and other visitors interest.

Cookies: A cookie is a datafile, which the webpage sends to your internet application and which is stored on your computer’s hardware. When you visit a webpage the internet browser application sends backs a cookie datafile to the website, so that the website can register that you had previously visited the given webpage. The cookie datafile can contain information (individual identifier) on which the owner of the given webpage can follow the browsing of the data sender on the webpage. You can disactivate on your computer the sending and receiving of cookie datafiles.

Personal ad company data that you provide: Certain pages of our webpage might ask you to provide certain personal and company data in order for us to be able to send you newsletter, product and service information and to process your order sent via internet. These information can comprise postal code, telephone number, email address and postal address.

Bankcard data: when you buy via internet on the webpage you are requested to provide the number of your bank card during the ordering and payment process. The provision of your bankcard takes place on the webpage of the bank responsible for the transaction and not on Anyaspect’s webpage. Anyaspect cannot access the details of your bankcard during the payment process, therefore is not able to store them.

Registration pages: all of our visitors are able to register on our webpage but this registration is not mandatory. Registration pages require full data from you (name and telephone number). This information enables us to send you information, news about our company, products and promotions. All your data stored in the registration database can be deleted upon your request.

2.2 Use of collected data

AnyAspect doesn’t transfer any data processed by it to third persons under any conditions except for mandatory reasons foreseen in the relevant legislation or with the consent of the data subject.

AnyAspect handles all information relating to the person and data of its clients as business secrets.

2.3 Data protection and security of data handling

AnyAspect takes care of the protection of the security of data handling by such technical, organisational and systematic measures that guarantees a level of protection adequate compared with the risks associated with data handling.

AnyAspect when processing data protects: (a) secrecy: protects information so that only those having a right can access to it, (b) integrity: protects the precision and integrity of the information and method of processing, (c) availability: ensures that when needed by the entitled user means are available to the person to access the needed information.

AnyAspect computer system and network system situated at local premises and at external internet providers are protected against computer based fraud, spying, sabotage, vandalism, fire and flooding, as well as computer viruses, computer break-ins and attacks leading to refusal of services. The services provider takes care of the security with protectives measure at server and application level.

We inform our users, that electronic messages forwarded on the internet irrespective of protocol (email, web, ftp) are vulnerable to network threats that lead to unfair practices, disputing of contracts, disclosure or modification of information. The provider makes its best effort to take protective measures against such threats. The provider undertakes to monitor the systems in order to be able to record any security deviation and to provide proof in any security related event. The monitoring of the system makes it also possible to control the efficiency of the applied security measures.

In the interest of your security AnyAspect uses confidential https protocol with SSL certificate during purchase transaction on the internet.

3. Placing your order

Placing your order for products offered on AnyAspect's webpage takes place in the following way:

• the user registers on the webpage by providing his/her email address.
• selects the products and services and the quantity he wishes to order
• provides data needed for the establishment of the invoice (name, postal code, address)
• confirm his order on the summary webpage and makes a declaration that he has read and acknowledges the End User Licence Agreement of AnyAspect
• payment, provision of banking card details: the payment of the ordered goods takes place on the webserver of our partnerbank. Banking card details are not stored by AnyAspect.
• in case of successful transaction, returning from our partner bank's webpage to AnyAspect's webpage, the user can immediately download the purchased program and the licence keys belonging to the purchased programs.

Using a bank card, you can conveniently and safely purchase products in our online store. After you select the products you would like to purchase, we will redirect you to the web page of our payment processor, K&H Bank, where you can pay with the most secure encryption available for bank transactions. You will need to enter your bank card number as well as it's expiry date on the web page of K&H Bank. Our web store will accept the following type of cards: VISA, VISA electron, EC/MC, K&H edc/MAESTRO, Internet card, JCB.

It's important to notice that some of the bank cards are issued to be used only in electronic form. These cards will be accepted only if the card issuer authorizes its use beforehand. Please consult with your bank whether your card can be used in this form.

After a successful purchase the bank will provide an authorization code. You can find this code in the order confirmation email you will receive after a successful purchase. In case of an unsuccessful transaction, our online store will provide you the details of the failure.

4. Cancelling your order

AnyAspect only accepts orders for products and services in internet purchase which are placed in a non ambivalent way. This comprises beyond personal/company information the name and quantity of the ordered products. During the placement of the order the buyer has to confirm the placing of the order on a separate page and the acceptance of the End User Licence Agreement belonging to the ordered software. In case these are not confirmed by the buyer, the order won't be processed by AnyAspect. Once the order and EULA have been confirmed by the buyer and the value of the ordered products has been paid, the ordered softwares will be immediately delivered in an eletronic way. Cancelling the placed order afterwards is not possible.

5. Delivery conditions

Software products of AnyAspect and licence keys belonging to software products are delivered in an electronic way (on the internet webpage, by way of downloading by the user). After the purchase of the software products is completed the buyer receives a message on AnyAspect's webpage and via email with the address needed to download the purchased software and licence keys. AnyAspect provides the possibility of delivery by physical media (CD), however this only by extra order and charges. In this case the data support device is sent to the buyer by post.

6. Complaint

Description of the ordered products and services, conditions of product guarantee, exchange of product are contained in the EULA acknowledged by the buyer. Any complaint regarding the ordered product and purchase will only be received in written form, sent by postal way to the following address: AnyAspect Kft., 1083 Budapest, Baross street 119/a, Hungary. AnyAspect undertakes to start the investigation of the complaint within 8 days and inform the applicant of the outcome.

If complaint is lodged concerning the payment process or paying the invoice, AnyAspect undertakes if needed to forward the complaint towards the bank accepting the banking card and will handle it with a joint investigation with the bank concerned.

In case the present document is modified by AnyAspect in the future, the modifications will be published on the webpage and visitors will be informed about the change.
